TellMyStay wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and host dashboard. We work to meet Israeli Standard IS 5568 (based on WCAG 2.0) at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
1. What we have done
- Text size control (the Aa button) with several sizes, and pages that reflow when text is enlarged.
- Light and dark themes, with text colors checked for contrast.
- Keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline.
- Labels for screen readers on buttons, menus, and form fields.
- Full right-to-left layout for Hebrew.
- Works on phones, tablets, and computers, in current versions of common browsers.
- The parts of the homepage that move by themselves (the background video, the WhatsApp chat and the How it works video) have a pause button, and the videos stop when they are off screen.
- The How it works video has a text description for screen readers, and each of its steps can be chosen with the keyboard.
2. Known limitations
Some parts are run by other companies and are outside our control, including the Paddle checkout window and WhatsApp itself. Some demos imitate WhatsApp’s design, including its colors. If you find something hard to use, tell us and we will work to fix it. The demos also play when your device is set to reduce motion; use their pause button to stop them.

The site was last checked against WCAG 2.1 level AA with automated testing (axe-core) on every public page and every dashboard view on 27 September 2026.
